Does the user get wet?
No. The user will remain completely dry and fully clothed during his or her massage.
Do you have a Smart Card System?
Yes, we use a computer chip key that will keep track of time, number of sessions, time left, etc. This is not a throw away key - we can reprogram the key and save you money in the long run.
Do I have to assemble the bed?
No, just uncrate the bed, fill it up with distilled water as per your parts book, and plug into the wall. That's all there is to it.
Is there any routine maintenance required?
Change the water every 6-9 months; the water barrier should be changed yearly.
What electrical specifications do I need?
The 110 series requires 20amps, dedicated. The 220 series requires 30 amp, dedicated.
What is the cost of operating the massage bed?
For a 30 minute session the cost would be approximately 20-30 cents per hour. Very inexpensive to operate.
What is the H2OMassage Systems warranty?
Three years tank & frame, one year electronic 7 mechanical, one year water barrier & vinyl cover, 90 days labour.

How long can the sessions be programmed?
You can program the sessions as follows: 5, 15,20 or 30 minute intervals up to a maximum of one hour.
